All orders placed before 15:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed the next working day, (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will also inform you of any delays to your order.
All our parcels are shipped using DHL Parcel UK, one of the UK’s premier courier networks. Parcels can be tracked in real time and proof of delivery will be provided with images and map locations once your parcel has been delivered.
Please Note: Due to Covid-19, all drivers are adhering to social distancing measures. The drivers will therefore ask for a name upon delivery to act as a digital signature.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
